Refund policy

• Products shipped from Carmart.ae can be returned within 5 days of receipt of shipment if the product is damaged.
• Products can be returned within 3 to 5 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center or through a phone call.
• It can take up to 4-7 business days for an item to reach us once you return it.
• The delivery fee for returning the product is to be covered by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for arranging the delivery for returning the product.

Note: If the product is opened, it is not eligible for return. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 4 business days for the return to be processed.
